Duracell INNOVATION

In 2017, Duracell re-engineered the classic copper top battery, making it more powerful and energy efficient. They also went back to the classic copper-and-black look, removing the silver duralock bar. To introduce these innovations to Duracell's sales and marketing teams, we created an informative three-minute video that introduced the innovations and was easy to digest.

After deciding on Option 2, we worked with an animator to create the video. The client has since asked us to take the style and apply it to five eCom videos.

Here are two short clips of the video that was made for Duracell to help educate their internal teams on the inovations that were made to the 2017 copper top batteries. The final video is a bit long so these are two short clips to show how we transitioned from the 3D animation to the 2D.

After finishing up the sales team video^ we got going on the ecom videos. The goal was to take content that can be somewhat boring and make it engaging and entertaining for shoppers, while at the same time reminding them of the wide range of device that take batteries to create an impulse to buy and re-enforce why Duracell is the category leader.
